1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the baji999 live platform ("Platform") ("we" or "Company") and the individual using the platform ("Member" or "you").

By accessing the baji999 live platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you agree to fully and unconditionally comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply to all services on the platform — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, virtual sports, and any bonus or promotional activities.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

A registered account is required to carry out any financial transactions on the baji999 live platform. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Active email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — ৳)

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual will be considered bonus abuse, and all such accounts may be closed with any associated balances forfeited.

2.3 Verification of Information

The Company reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. The verification process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other supporting documents. The Company reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age and Eligibility

To be eligible to use the platform, a Member must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a legally capable person under the laws of Bangladesh
• Operate the account in their own name and for their own use
• Refrain from using funds belonging to a third party

The Company reserves the right to verify the age of any account, and the final decision in this matter rests with the Company.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the baji999 live platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other designated banks). All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to make the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this may take longer in cases involving identity verification or additional security review.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

The Company is firmly committed to preventing financial crime. If any transaction appears suspicious, the Company reserves the right to investigate it and place it on hold if necessary. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members on the baji999 live platform will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, and before withdrawal, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to the acceptance of any bonus:

• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement, which must be reviewed before claiming the bonus.
• Bonuses are only usable in designated categories, which are specified with each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are not direct cash — completing the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal is mandatory.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Changes to Promotions

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer or promotional terms at any time. If terms change while an active bonus is being used, the previous terms will continue to apply.

6 Betting and Gaming

6.1 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each bet placed in the sports betting section. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Company takes special action under applicable circumstances. If an event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

Casino and live game results rely entirely on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The Company and its staff cannot and do not predetermine game results. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on the relevant game page.

6.3 Special Circumstances

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical fault, server issue, or any other unavoidable reason, the Company will determine the result based on the most recent reliable data available. This decision will be considered final.

7 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your baji999 live account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Changing your password regularly is recommended. The Company will never ask for your password or OTP via email or message.

If a third party accesses your account due to your own negligence, the Company will not be liable for any resulting loss. However, if any loss occurs due to the Company's own security failure, appropriate action will be taken.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji999 live platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's identity
• Strategic use of accounts or group collaboration to gain bonus advantages
• Using any software bots or automated tools
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the game system
• Colluding with other Members to influence results
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Accepting bets from third parties through the platform
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without the Company's permission

9 Responsible Gaming

baji999 live believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. In our detailed responsible gaming guide, Members will find deposit limits, session limits, and the option to take a voluntary break.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, please use the platform's self-exclusion option or contact the support team. There is an option to suspend an account for a set period at the Member's request.

10 Data Privacy

baji999 live takes the protection of Members' personal data very seriously. Details on how the information provided by Members is collected, stored, and used can be found in our privacy policy.

Members' data is not sold to third parties. However, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities where required by law or in connection with a financial crime investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the Member's own negligence or breach of rules
• A game or bet remaining incomplete due to loss of internet connection
• Services being unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, etc.)
• A transaction failing because the Member provided incorrect payment details

In cases of the Company's own failure, liability will be limited to a maximum of the Member's active balance at the time.

12 Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, change, or update any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or through a platform notification.

If a Member continues to use the platform after updated terms have been published, this will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a Member does not agree with any change, they have the right to close their account.

13 Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Member

Any Member may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, all applicable wagering requirements must be met and any remaining balance must be eligible for withdrawal.

13.2 Closure by Company

The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for breach of rules, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other reasonable cause.

14 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, the member must first contact the support team via live chat or email. The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours of receiving the dispute. If it is not resolved at the initial level, the matter will be escalated to senior management.

Both parties are required to cooperate in resolving the dispute. Withholding information or providing false details may result in account closure.
